Located in historic Bloomfield Township, this renovation honors the home’s original 1920s character while introducing modern design elements tailored to a growing family.

We preserved original woodwork and flooring while reconfiguring the layout to create a more open, connected entertaining space. By reducing an oversized bathroom and removing non-bearing walls, we made room for a fluid dining area that flows into the kitchen.

A personalized take on modern farmhouse style—featuring bold colors, geometric backsplash, charcoal cabinetry, and brass accents—added warmth and personality, while a new sliding door brought in natural light and connected the home to its backyard landscape.
